 The production itself was actually fabulous. Great music and great cast with superb sets and costumes. Unfortunately, I think seeing the musical itself live would have been far more preferable to watching the DVD. There were some added special effects or slow motion shots that you obviously wouldn't have gotten in the concert hall. That sort of took away from the magic of the acting and dancing, but since going to Paris to see the product wasn't so much an option, the DVD is an excellent choice.
